We use to just borrow one from my sister in law, and my daughter loves it so much that we decided to buy our own. It is well made and the design is so pretty.

the boards are just as awesome in person as they look on the website. the kids LOVE them and they are very sturdy. only have them for 2 weeks but they have been holding up to the waves really well

Came wrapped in plastic, no wrist strap. Not worth the expense to buy a box to put it in to return.Shame it’s a good board but seems this is a common problem they don’t care to fix.

Board arrived in its box. When we opened the box, the plastic protectant around the board was ripped open and the wrist strap was missing from the packaging. Unable to use in the Ocean without a wrist strap to prevent the board from getting away.
