If you require tighter compression, size down to get a tighter fit. Keep in mind that our sizes are based on average compression pressure, but each sleeve can expand up to 60% more than the original diameter listed.

Use for crawling under houses. Pretty decent, right arm stays on but left arm ends up around wrist. Not sure if that is a product issue or a Me issue.

I ordered the Bodyprox Elbow Pads to protect my arms and elbows during trail rides. The pads are well made and, with the correct sizing, stay in place without being overly restrictive. The material seems tough, and the padding is well placed and should absorb impacts as well provide ample protection from the scrapes of an average fall. They are not designed for serious BMX, but for normal trail riding or single track they should work fine. Although my arm size pushed the upper limits of medium, I ordered it rather than the large to avoid the possibility of a loose fit. They medium pads were comfortable but a little too tight at the elbow when I bent my arms. The seller contacted me shortly after my purchase to get my response to the product. Upon learning of the sizing problem, they offered to send me a large pair of pads at no extra cost. The replacement arrived in good time and turned out to be a good fit for me. I am delighted with the pads. I also appreciate the seller’s unsolicited follow-up to my purchase and their willingness to “go the extra mile†in resolving the sizing problem.

I bought my original pair of this brand and model of elbow pads about 5 years ago. They have served me well over the years during both mountain biking and road biking. No elbow injuries occurred from any impact falls on mountain bike trails or on gravel road biking. The fabric is very breathable and it fits well and stays in place. Surprisingly good comfort and protection for this price point. I liked them so much I bought another pair and am going to retire the ones from 5 years ago.

I like these elbow/arm protectors because if I ruin them in a mountainbike crash, they're cheap to replace. They're easy to put on and take off and don't interfere with the range of motion of my arms while cycling. On a warm or hot day, I can easily stick them into my hydration pack and put them on when I get to the top of the trail. I got the medium size and they fit just right.

So this product is built very well for the price. Can probably take a serious beating and defend your elbow against damage. I got them for mountain biking. Which they would have done great at. Especially as I also body build and my arms grow and these stay tight while also allowing serious room for growth. So all that is great! The only single solitary problem is I see these being warm in the summer and due to the wool like feeling from the material though ever so small. Would cause rashing on longer rides or rides where you will bend your elbow alot. And in mountain biking you do. Again though. These are great if that is not an issue for you.

I hurt both elbows pretty bad right one so bad that even after months a slight tap hurts it these pads protects them while I'm working perfectly. they are a little tight but that keeps them in places. the size makes them not so bulky that i can hide them under my work cloths. I would buy again

Ces protections ont sauvé mon coude. J'ai fait une chute très violente amortie entièrement sur le coude gauche et la protection à absorbé le chox: le coude n'arien eu! J'ai cassé mon humerus certes mais c'est un os beaucoup moins compliqué pour la convalescence et récupération que si cela avait été le coude. Vu la chute la protection à vraiment fait son job
