You need a way to safely and easily lift your engine (and possibly trans if it's still connected) from your vehicle when using an engine hoist. Our engine lift plate will help you easily remove or replace your engine.
Wide Application:
Compatible with Gen III and Gen IV engines;
Fits for LS LSX LS LS1 LS2 LS3 LQ4 6.0L 6.2L 5.3L 4.8L 5.7L series engines from 1997 to current.
5 Main Lift Holes:
Our plate features 5 lifting points for various chain placements to ensure you will have the right angle to get your engines in and out, allowing engine weight to be balanced or offset.
Also features with a series of bolt holes under the 5 main lifting holes, can be used to further fine tune the lift angle.
The offset position is especially helpful when angling an engine (with or without transmission attached) in or out of a vehicle.

Designed to simplify installation and removal of the engine, easily & properly lift engines for LS GM series.
Remove the intake manifold and valley cover tray and then securely install the lift plate to the engine block with attached bolts, allows you adjust the lifting angle and move the engine with ease.

Its a good lifting plate with sketchy wields but it works. Taken 3 motors out with it now and its worked every time!

High quality works great the different grab points help when leaving the hood on to pull the engine would recommend over using a chain any day

This plate works perfectly for lifting the engine. The downside is that the holes where you're supposed to keep the bolts are too big and not threaded so the bolts can't be screwed into the bracket when storing the lift plate.
