I recently purchased these Bonlux 3W LED 1383 R12 Elevator Reading Lights (4-pack) for my RV. These bulbs offer bright daylight 6000K lighting, which is perfect for reading or general tasks. The installation was simple, as they fit perfectly into the 1156 single contact base. I also appreciate that they work with both AC and DC power (12V-24V), making them versatile for RVs, campers, and boats. Compared to traditional bulbs, these LEDs run much cooler and consume far less energy, which is a huge plus for off-grid adventures. Thes LED light bulbs fit our 2005 challenger 5th wheel reading lights over couch and bed to a "T" , my fellow/ladies rv'ers if you have an older camper you need to switch out the old hot to touch halogens for these LED light bulbs .

I had to machine the light fixture with a step drill to get the bulb to fit. The base is tapered, it was close but wouldn't fit. Otherwise it works great!

I wanted to replace the halogen reading lamps in our RV. These fit great and fill up the fixture properly — unlike some other LED replacements that were too short. I ordered two to see how they do. They work great — brighter, whiter light for fraction of the juice required for halogens o I’ll be ordering more to replace the rest of them in the RV.

Much cooler than the originals especially because they were my RV bedroom reading lights and the originals would get very hot

Got this because the incandescent bulb burnt out. I wanted a brighter and white light.These provided that and use considerably less power than the oem bulbs I replaced in my motor home.

I liked the prompt delivery. I did not like the fact that the packaging was insufficient-it appeared to have been ripped/torn at least twice . Fortunately someone taped it up (twice) and the item arriced undamaged.

I bought a 2004 RV and the batteries kept getting drained fast. So I upgraded all my lights to LED and what a diffrence. It's perfect.

they are nice and bright and don't heat up the way the other flood light bulbs did. They also use less power in our coach. Love them.
