These are superior to any other terminal I have ever used in 45 years of mechanical experience. They are OEM quality but be aware that you MUST have the proper crimping tool or you will not appreciate the quality of these terminals. Trying to crimp them with the wrong tool will not get you good results. These are professional grade terminals that require professional grade tools.And the boots are good, thick and hard to put on 8mm wires and must use some good lube designed for plug wire boot installation.

Purchased this set so I could shorten the coil wire on my 1998 K3500. It has the 7.4 litter engine in it. I damaged the coil terminal trying to remove it from the wire. This set has 8 coil terminals and work great on the distributor cap on the 7.4l engines. You can’t use the boots that are included in the kit with the distributor cap but that’s not a problem. Will definitely save this item for purchase again. Hope this review helps the person like my self trying to keep there old truck on the road!

If you are making custom plug wires you will need a small plastic retainer clip that is supposed to come with these so the wire can clip into the coil and not be pushed back into the boot. These boots are well made and the terminals are good without that clip/plastic sheath the plug will have a problem locking onto the coil pack like the OEM wires do. I didn't figure this out until I made a few and compared them to an OEM set
