As a parent who's not quite ready to let my little one loose in germy shopping carts, I've found the Boppy Disposable Shopping Cart Covers surprisingly useful, though not for their intended purpose! I primarily use these for restaurant high chairs, which can be just as questionable when it comes to cleanliness. I appreciate the portability of these covers; it's so much easier than lugging around a reusable cover and having to wash it. The fact that they're disposable is a big plus for convenience.However, I do have a couple of minor issues. While I haven't experienced any rips or tears, the elastic isn't as snug as I'd like, especially for high chair use. The cover sometimes slips off the area I'm trying to protect, which is a little frustrating. It would be great if the elastic were tighter for a more secure fit.While I haven't used them on shopping carts (I prefer my baby in the stroller for shopping), I can see how they would be handy for that purpose as well. If you're looking for a disposable option for high chairs (or shopping carts) and don't want the hassle of washing a reusable cover, I would recommend these. Just be aware of the slightly loose elastic on high chairs.

I love putting this cover on shopping carts for the baby to sit in. He immediately tries to bite the shopping cart (gross) so I feel better about that when the cover is on. It's large enough that it stays on even though the baby moves quite a lot and picks the cover a bit. I will be ordering more.

The idea for this is great, a disposable version of the washable fabric cover I usually use, but overall this did not work super well. The material was like a very thin yet strong and flexible paper which was nice, but it did not stay put even a little bit. I continually had to fight with it to stay on the highchair my baby was sitting in, the elastic edges did not stay put and it ended up just bunching around my baby's lap instead of covering the chair. The same thing happened when it was used on a grocery cart. Overall I think this is just an ok product that I will not get again but I will leave the remaining few in my car just in case I am in a pinch and need to use one.
