Okay, I’ll admit it—I’ve messed up more DIY projects than I care to remember. Crooked shelves, wobbly picture frames, you name it. But the Bosch GLL 1 P laser level? Total game-changer. I used it last week to hang a bunch of floating shelves in my living room, and for the first time ever, everything actually looked straight. No “eyeballing it†disasters! What I love:First off, the thing is stupid easy to use. You slap in the two AA batteries it comes with (no hunting for batteries last minute—huge plus), stick the magnetic mount on the fridge or a metal surface, and boom—it throws a bright red crosshair or a single laser point wherever you need it. The self-leveling feature is magic. If it’s not level, it blinks at you, so you know to adjust. No more guessing if my shelf brackets are even. The 65-foot range is way more than I need for my garage or living room. I even used it outside to mark spots for garden lights, and the laser stayed clear enough to see. The mount is super flexible too—it pivots 360 degrees, and the adhesive pads let you stick it to walls or doors if there’s no metal around. I used it on a door frame to line up hooks for hanging plants, and it stayed put the whole time.Real talk:Is it perfect? Well, in super bright sunlight, the laser gets a little faint, but that’s true for every laser I’ve tried. Indoors? No issues. And yeah, it’s not the cheapest, but considering it comes with the mount and batteries, and Bosch’s stuff lasts forever (I’ve dropped this thing twice—still works fine), it’s worth every penny.Bottom line:If you’re tired of second-guessing your measurements or fixing crooked holes, just get this. It’s saved me so much time and frustration. My partner even joked that I’ve finally “adulted†properly. Thanks, Bosch—this little gadget made me look like I know what I’m doing.

This laser level has made leveling a breeze.I used it to hang pictures, and the laser point and line combo made the project a breeze. I also tackled some shelving, and the horizontal and vertical leveling features ensured everything was just right.I did have to read the directions a few times but once you understand it’s for the most part straightforward to use – you just point, line it up, and go. While I didn’t test the 65ft range, this level has covered all my needs, and the laser is bright enough to see, even in less-than-ideal lighting. If you're into home projects and want a laser level that won't make is easy to use, the Bosch GLL1P is great. I highly recommend for anyone wanting something simple that can make leveling easier.

The laser itself is excellent. The line goes well beyond the advertised 16 feet and is visible in most indoor lighting conditions. The mount though is very difficult to use as a wall mount. The instructions say to mount it on a screw on the wall. If you put the screw at the height you want for your shelves, the line projected by the laser will be about 1/2 inch below that. Also, the laser is not balanced on the screw hole, so if you use a screw, the laser will tilt downwards. This makes getting the line exactly where you want it very difficult. There are small holes in the top and bottom of the mount that are not mentioned in the instructions. These can be used with push pins to steady the mount, but it takes a bit of trial and error to get the line where you want it.

I have a few tools by BOSCH. All BOSCH tools are reliable and easy to use. I think, Bosch GLL 1P Laser Level may be one of the favorite tools. This level is made of high quality material, which creates a pleasant feeling in the hands. Keep this level in the hands gives aesthetic pleasure.Small Bosch GLL 1P convenient to put in your pocket and can be taken with you even on those works where the use of laser level has not planned.I've used it several times. I see that it provides a fairly good accuracy. It's ease to use Bosch GLL 1P.Among the shortcomings I would like to highlight one. The manufacturer is not included in the kit suitable bag or case. I love tools and handle them with care. However, I do not know how to ensure the safety of Bosch GLL 1P if I have not a pouch or case.Conclusion. I like Bosch GLL 1P and I can recommend it to other buyers.

Starting with 5 stars...The base it attaches to is ADJUSTABLE. +1 star.UPDATE: Said base cannot hold a zero, and must be handled very carefully. It would have been better if this were made of brass or aluminum. The metal side is true with the bubbles, and consistent when rotated in that plane. The side with the battery door CANNOT be used for leveling. -1 star.It has 3 metal feet molded into it for this purpose, but it isn't consistent when rotated in that plane.Another review for this product encountered this problem. The other plastic sides, obviously, cannot be used for leveling either.

I had high hopes for this tool. I've been using the Bosch GLM20 laser distance measure for 3 years and absolutely love it - easy to use and dead accurate. However, using this tool correctly and accurately requires using the spirit levels and I found them almost impossible to read once the instrument was in place. To begin with they are too small and secondly, they have sight windows on only one side of the tool which means they are mounted basically in a dark hole. All the pictures of the tool show the vials well lit but I could not see them clearly without using a flashlight, which defeats the utility.

If you think you want a laser level and you're not a professional contractor -- or if you are and you want a backup, pocket version -- then this is the one. It works. The design touches are thoughtful. The laser line 'throw' is as good as I've found. The magnetic mount is a bit awkward to get used to, but once you've got your head around it, works well. And honestly, I'm not sure it could have been done much better.

Great little product but I returned it because it didn’t suit me the way I thought it would. Well built and true level. Good laser quality. Super compact.

I like the solid feel of this Laser Level. The main switch feels like it will last for the life of the unit. There are many mounting options, but they don't cover every situation.I am using it to get the height of a set of pergola posts to be equal, but it is very difficult to attach it firmly without putting a screw in each post, which I don't want to do. I doubt there would be any other Laser Level in this price bracket that would be any better.I would recommend this unit. It does what it claims, and it does it well.

O produto atende, e muito bem diga-se, ao que se propõe. Para uso em locais com iluminação razoável ficou bem visÃvel, porem em local com muita luz não se consegue ver o laser. Recomendo .
