This unit features green-beam technology, which is up to 4X brighter than standard red beams. It also has the Bosch-exclusive VisiMax™ technology, which delivers maximum beam brightness in most jobsite conditions. The unit includes point projection to the front, so it can be used in a variety of positions for flexibility on the job. It is faster than a standard manual plumb bob. I've been a General Contractor for many years. My focus is structural framing. I've used 8ft levels for years to plumb walls as has my crew. I've used various other laser levels for other tasks successfully, mostly for foundations, grading, etc. I've also used previous "plumb levels" with limited success. This one is a game changer. Very accurate. Very compact. Very effective. All my framers use this now. Excellent tool. Just wish it had a charging option instead of replacing the AA batteries. We just keep spares in the case. Worth every penny.

This product works as it should and will provide accurate readings as long as you care for it when in use on your job-site. Like all precision electronics, if you kick it around your job it won’t hold up. I’d recommend to friends and I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing again.

Ok so yeah it’s bright but seriously only dots?? I need a 3 plane laser for making straight lines on the wall but one good feature on this laser is reference points if you have a point on the floor you need to reference on the ceiling this is great for that or if you need to reference a shelf height across the room you can do that with this.Is it worth it? I thought I was buying a laser to shoot straight lines not dots the pictures kinda don’t do it any favors I immediately saw the lines and the price and bought it I guarantee you this isn’t a multifunction laser trust me I tried mashing buttons that wasn’t there so looks like I’ll be going back to searching but no for $160 only to get dots I don’t think it’s worth that you definitely over paid if you bought this one but if you have to have it then I would say maybe because it is the cheapest when it comes to name brands.Overall I could return it but I think it’ll come in handy for future projects so I’ll keep and be buying the 3 plane laser as well.

Does its tasks very well. Best on cloudy days and inside. Sunlight is an enemy. It tends to hides the lines. This green one it much better than the red lines though.

5 point lasers were expensive just a few years ago. This is visible outside and works off 2 AA batteries. Accuracy seems good so far.
