the worst ! brand new , gas company came and could not start it . ZERO customer service from the company . Paid. a tech to come out , he says a defective part and had to order . still waiting !!!

Glass on inner door has hairline crack and will shatter! Bosch is not responding well even though the oven is in warranty. They say it is in their quality control department. Imagine, I cannot use the oven because the glass gets hot and could shatter.

The first 6 months, digital component had to change, then had to fix one of the burners. This range has so many issues. Accdidently dropped a pot on one of the knobs and unable to replace it. Who does that Bosch. The digital component blinks occasionally.
