The gauge is a standard 2" white dial for 2-1/16" openings and features a chrome bezel with removable chrome mounting panel. Includes mounting hardware and 12 volt internal back lighting. Guage is a great valve and helped me determine that the factory gauge was not accurate. Easy install and came with adapters to fit my engine .

Installed this (July 2023) in my1998 Chevy c1500 and worked perfectly from there, very easy to install.Problem, just 11 months later it started to read too low. I live in Phoenix. My truck runs during summer @ 208 with air on. (I have a 43" 4 core all aluminum radiator with twin 14" flexalite fans). 6 weeks ago it started showing my truck running at 170f, then another 2 weeks later 160f up until today. now it's showing at full warm up running at 140F. It works great, until it doesn't. I know everyone makes cheap crap now, but I'm really disappointed with Bosch selling this kind of garbage. 11 months and no good.

I added this gauge to my 1951 Ford 8N along with a temperature sensor mount in the upper radiator hose. Now my 8N can mow all day long, and I can see that the temperature stays right at 160 degrees. That is well worth the cost to me.

I am pleased with this guage. Most guages have tiny numbers that jump 20 to 30 degrees for a 1/4" movement. This one moves extremely smooth and is accurate as to the actual degree the engine is on, not approximate.
