My original went to the repair shop twice and they could not fix it. The repair cost was almost the price of the one I purchased. I really am extremely happy with this Bose cd changer, it works properly and I missed my cds when I was without it. Mr Robert called to confirm that I had selected the right CD changer. Great service

Unit was quite pricey for an older model. We got the wrong color, but our radio color choices was not an option. The sound quality and both higher and lower volume is very good and the changer is working as designed. Too early to give it a long range review. Hard to find units as they are no longer making them. Always wanted one and was a able to grab it before they were gone.

I’m returning this product. Was on the phone one hour trying to get help to make it work. We have always enjoyed the Bose music system. But this product just don’t work.will continue to search for a new Bose CD changer.

This was a Bose three disc CD player to go with my Bose system. It was exactly what was promised and works great. It came with simple instructions for operating and I love it.

I've been looking at the Bose music system for years, but kept putting it off. For one thing, I was suspicious about the sound quality out of a tabletop radio. But the Bose ads are right -- it's terrific. You can actually feel the bass reverb. And the unit has a tiny footprint, too, which is great in an apartment.In addition, my 19-inch HDTV has always had an inadequate volume level -- even turned all the way up, street noise would drown out the TV. I've been able to plug the audio from the TV into the aux jack on the back of the CD changer -- so now my TV has great sound, too! (Hint: If you don't want this project to cost you an arm and a leg for a digital-to-analog audio converter box, get a Y cable with a miniplug on one end and dual RCA cables on the other, and run the audio out from your TV's headphone jack.)

My 90+ year old father likes to listen to music but his player of many many years had been malfunctioning then died before Thanksgiving .He wanted the Bose because my brother had one and he liked the sound .He however , is panicky about money so he would never had bought it , so the family pooled their Christmas funds and got it for him .Bose ships in a large box so his Next panic attack was about where to put it ( without even seeing it ) .Finally I unpacked it saying that " I need to check it for shipping damage" and he finally saw that it was far smaller than his old system .Once it was up and running , he was listening to it for hours . His moods and temperament improved dramatically because he was listening to his favorite CDs .The only thing that could be improved would be a larger remote with buttons that would be easier for the geezer group .( maybe Bose could offer a choice of remotes )Otherwise he spent a lot of time raving about the player and even trying to let people he was talking to on the phone hear it .I did Not explain to him that telephones do Not transmit sound quality that well because he was really really happy .

Plugged it into the old Bose control unit. Turned it on, inserted the 3 disc’s and it worked. They sent a setup disc and remote but it worked without additional setup. If it keeps working as long as the original I will be more than happy.

Description said it was for a Bose Wave III but when I received it the notice inside the shipping box said this is compatible ONLY with the Bose Wave II. Not at all happy.
