This is a decent fondue set. I didn't want to pay a huge amount nor was I looking for something super fancy. I don't plan to serve fondue a huge amount. The ceramic dish had a good weight to it. They wooden base was a tiny bit off kilter which didn't cause any problems but speaks to the slightly poor construction of the product. the metal parts that hold the heating element were proper. I liked how easy the ceramic was to clean after a short soak. The clean white look of it was just what I wanted as it matched my table setting. I also liked that the forks were NOT color coded, which I have never cared for aesthetically. If you are looking for something perfect, pay more and don't get this. If you are looking for what I described above and do not want to pay a lot, this is the fondue set for you. Extra plus--it packed back into its box nicely for storing away.

Totally fantastic product however they really need to fix the packaging. This was not designed to ship. I had to exchange quite a few times before getting one that wasn't broken. Still worth it.

FI received my order, and the concrete base was broken in 3 places. I am not interested in returning as it it is such a hassle.I can have my handyman glue it back together.I would send photos but they are on my I Phone, and I'm not a technical person.I would like a 50% credit.Also this purchase does not show up on my history.It has taken days of my time trying to contact someone.

The baseof this set is very sturdy and the actual pot is good quality. A great deal for the price.

The handle broke off before I could even use it... Don't go cheap... get the cast iron one and skip this Chinese trinket.

Conforme à la description, arrivé en parfait état plutôt que prévu,La pierre est robuste, le caquelon tient bien sur le support, convient très bien pour 4-6 personnes, dommage qu’il soit livré qu’avec seulement 4 fourchettes à fondue.
