My recorder arrived impressively packed in its original box, the only thing that is visibly "used"...The power cord looks brand new! The machine is clean, looks brand new, & so far, works great! I had borrowed this type of recorder for several weeks from a friend, & decided to get my own. I was leary of buying a "used one" but so far, (less than a week, & haven't tried the CD recorder within yet?) it's working just as well as the one I borrowed! It's easy to make simple recordings for even the lay-person! There's much to learn about all of its capabilities & I look forward to doing that! Mine came all the way from Japan in about 3 weeks, earlier than anticipated!

Unit showed up and doesn't work. Thought maybe power cord, so I hooked up a different one from an identical same brand, same model, etc. that I already owned. It lights up but locks up and will not finish booting up. So it's trash. Will buy new from now on so I don't deal with people selling junk they picked up at neighbors garage sale so they can screw someone else.

I have only used it once due to Christmas time and it worked OK. I will be using it a few times in January and can report a better analysis then.

I had owned one of these 10 years ago and when I saw this one (used of course) I HAD TO HAVE IT. It's an amazing piece of artistically designed for the perfect home studio with plenty of great effects such as guitar modeling, amp modeling and mic effects with variable parameters throughout. It's easy to record, easy to mix and mastering is amazing with so many different mastering profiles such as, dance, rock, love, Etyc. AND THE DRUM SAMPLES !!!! This is a machine that takes your music to a new diminsion. It takes you on a voyage where you walk along side angels and aliens. If you want to make music that's from onther world this is the space ship that will take you there. Its easy to use and records uncompressed audio that is of the same quality that the pros produce. Its packed with effects and the hard drive is huge. If you have the passion then get this.

I had one for many years and it got stolen in a house robbery. I got it in a reasonable amount of time.. clean and in perfect working order.. felt like a part of me put back together!! Thank yiu!
