Very pleased with this chair. Sits nice, very sturdy and very comfortable. I had to seek a replacement chair so this is going to be a good review if you like to read about happy endings.First purchase went ok the chair arrived on time via Amazon 2-day shipping. I attempted assembly and noticed a problem, screws for seat cushion were not going in all the way, and there were other alignment issues as well. I thought perhaps I was sent wrong parts etc. I got on the phone to Amazon and customer support was tremendous, very courteous. I explained that I wanted to return the chair...and could they send a replacement. Amazon rep listened intently as I went over the assembly problems and assured me a replacement would be sent out. Things happened very quickly, UPS arrived with my replacement, I did not have to pay for any return shipping fees, I assembled my new chair in less than an hour (I did this by myself) and I am sitting in it now typing this review. Love this chair, quality merchandise. UPS came back and picked up the original chair I purchased. I had everything boxed and sitting by the door. I am an Amazon Prime member and I can say I received first class treatment by UPS and Amazon during this ordeal. The Returns went very smoothly, and again, Amazon customer support was tremendous. Thanks to all parties involved.I love my chair and all I can say to anyone considering a purchase is to give Boss Office Products a try. I am a satisfied customer.

This chair was a godsend. My mother had hip replacement surgery and needed a sturdy, yet comfortable chair to sit in after she came home from the hospital. She can be fussy, but loves this chair. It has the right amount of support with the right amount of comfort. We also purchased a box ottoman (from Amazon) which she used as a footstool for this chair. This chair was comfortable enough for her to sit in for a couple hours after surgery and watch TV. The chair is solid and has a nice look to it. My dad can't wait until my mom is done with her rehab because he has claimed it for his own. We will likely get another chair for him as well. To top it all off, the price was right!

I was looking for a chair with arm rests and a higher back for my dad to sit in after a back surgery. The kind they have in the hospital rooms were outrageously priced. I found this and thought we would just give it a try. My dad love it, the cushion is soft enough to allow him to sit in it for hours without getting a sore behind. It is stable enough for him to push up out of it to get to his walker. The chair looks ok, but there were imperfections in the wood arms and legs and you can tell it is not the best quality for the long term. For our needs though, it is sturdy enough and was the right price.

Update: after having these for a couple of years they have been removed from our office and put in the dumpster. The faux leather has peeled off of the seats completely and looked horrible. I was embarrassed to have them in our office. Spend a few more dollars and either get vinyl or real leather.Purchased this chair as a guest chair for one of our offices. It is a decent chair, but with a few things that don't make it a good chair.1) the color was described as cherry wood finish, however the one I received was closer to being orange, which really doesn't match any of our cherry furniture. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen a finish that this chair would match.2) The chair looks plush and really inviting, however it fools you. It's actually really firm and I wouldn't want to sit in it for a long duration.The good--The assembly took about 15 minutes and the instructions are straight forward and seems pretty sturdy.Hindsight, I wish I had purchased another one instead of this one.

The chair is beautiful and comfortable, but I bought 2 of them and have had numerous problems assembling the second one. The store in GA does not replace the chair, but would send replacement parts. Overtime I get one and tried to assemble the chair, another part did not work and I had to order it. The chair is still not assembled, I am fed up ordering replacement parts. When I go to Amazon, I get a message saying the time for replacement is expired. I am trying to see if I use gorilla glue to assemble the parts the chair would holdup, if not my money is wasted. Hence the reason for my 3 stars. One chair was perfect.

I have some back problems. The physical therapy office which treats me bought a bunch of these for the waiting room and I absolutely fell in love with them. When I found out how inexpensive they were I thought I was being lied to. I went ahead and ordered one, assembly took less than an hour, and this is the most premium-feeling piece of furniture I own (and I have $3,000 leather sofas, Tempurpedic bed, etc because of my back). The computer chair I was using in the living room (not the Aeron chair mentioned below) for better posture support always got attention from guests because it was comfortable, and it immediately became an unusable piece of garbage once I brought this Boss chair into the room. I am looking into buying a computer chair from this company to see how it stacks up against my Herman Miller Aeron chair. I cannot recommend this enough, especially given the price. I ordered the cherry color, and while I like its appearance I think the mahogany version looks much better. Oh, these chairs are also stunningly beautiful. These are just my opinions.

Bought this chair for my guest bedroom and it is a pretty nice chair. I bought it specifically for a family member to use after their surgery and they thought it was very comfortable, sturdy and worked well for their physical therapy. I sat in it for a few hours at a time and thought it was also comfortable. It was a little difficult to line up everything to get it put together but overall didn't take very long to put it together on my own.

Im a big guy and it seems sturdy enough. Also i can spread out legs. Sone chairs the arms squeeze your legs together. Like it so far. Confortable and easy to put together. No scratches or anything. Recommend.
