I bought from this company because the boxes are made in the USA. They arrived fine. The boxes seem fine, thick enough for my purposes. But on counting them, there were only 19 boxes when there were supposed to be 20. I add the cost of the boxes into my prices for shipping, this means I need to increase a bit. Not cool.

The boxes are great and do their job! HOWEVER they are advertised as 6†deep but they’re actually 6.5â€. I sent 5 boxes out stating they were 6†only to get emails from UPS saying I owed more money! I am out $20 in shipping fees from charging my customers for what the shipping should’ve been had they actually been 6†boxes! Not happy!!!

I use these boxes often to ship and constantly get dinged by UPS for additional costs. They audit the size and say it's 18x18x7, not 18x18x6 as I entered on my shipping label. So, it costs me a few dollars extra to ship.

I’ve ordered these before. This shipment the sides/seems are hardly attached.Will have to have tape on all four sides now.
