It takes a little time getting used to but once you catch the Hank it’s really fun. I find punishing down on a 45 degree angle it works well as a starter.

I bought these for my grandkids for Christmas and they had a blast with em lol and we had so much fun watching them. I know they are supposed to be for workouts or training but my grandkids had fun with them

Bought 2 sets of these to entertain the 7 grandkids while the adults prepared dinner. It was fun. None were proficient but there was lots of laughing and loud talking. Everything worked well with no broken strings. It’s a great alternative to Boxbollen.

This is the worse thing I ever bought ..😡it doesn’t work correctly and is useless do not buy this item I would return it if the kids would have let me know in time to return it it’s a bad item 😡

At first it was a little tricky, figuring out how to use it, but after shortening the string it was so much fun! Also, great exercise! *Pro tip... don't cut the string, just wind it around the attached velcro strip. 😉ðŸ‘
