I’m a big fan of this punching ball, I can walk around the house and work on my hand-eye coordination. I’m not a trained boxer so I have zero experience but I still find joy in punching the ball around and getting into a rhythm. It does take a little bit of time to get the hand of at first but it’s super fun once you do. Everything feels of good quality, however, I did not receive either of the free gifts mentioned in one of the product pictures. I just got the headband, the two balls and two strings. Still a great product and super fun.

This reflex ball set gets the job done. It's simple and straightforward to use. The head band fit me well (for reference, I'm a 5' 2" woman, so maybe I don't have the biggest head around). It also worked for my son, who's head is smaller.The overall quality for this set isn't top tier, but it's about what I expected for being under $10. The headband is a little stiff and plasticky, which didn't bother me, but if you want something more comfortable, you'd probably want to pass on this one and spend a little extra money to order something a little higher quality.BOTTOM LINE: If you want a budget option that'll get the job done, this is a decent option. If you want something extra comfortable (e.g. padded headband, softer fabric) then I'd suggest looking at other options.
