My son has been wearing it for about a month now. It's lighter than I thought it would be, but he seems to like it just fine for the slightly chilly, sometimes rainy mornings (around 40f-50f) we're still having when he goes to school. It keeps him dry in the rain and warm enough with the lining. I figured with my son being autistic, and having aversions to some fabrics, that he may not like it, but it's not like a typical rain jacket that would feel heavy and made of vinyl. It's 100% Polyester, inside and out, with the inside thin and smooth, like "faux fur", but not bulky like it would be for a blanket, for example. The outside shell is similar to what an umbrella feels like. So, if you have a child that doesn't mind those, or doesn't like to wear anything heavy, they may like wearing this too.

My son loves this jacket. It does a great job keeping him dry during our heavy rainstorms. It breathes and the inside lining is comfortable. It feels durable. It is light/medium warmth so he sometimes wears a fleece under it on cold days. Would buy again!

Great wait for fall going into cooler weather.When resistant in the light lining will keep your cozy until the weather gets cold enough for a heavy coat. Fits well in a backpack.
