Jams constantly, right where the cutter is wasting several of their overpriced labels.For the price, you'd think labels would at least be aligned, they are not, and there is no alignment procedure... they're just off, unless you enter a manual offset EVERY TIME you print.Sometimes it randomly decides to cut after every label instead of a string... a royal pain if you're making wire labels for a whole cable or cabinet!even BASIC (and quite awful) software is $125! (They don't even hint at that on their website)... "advanced" (still pure garbage) software package is $250!!! Want the electrical-specific software for wire labels? That's just 1 of their awful rip of "software packages". Software crashes constantly, and is not at all user friendly!Doesn't even print very well, there are plenty of chunks missing out of letters and numbers quite frequently.Maybe this would be fine for a homeowner (for what I don't know), but for an electrical shop it is time consuming to use, WAAAAAY overpriced, and of poor quality... seriously, buy ANYTHING else to print wire labels especially.

Excruciatingly expensive labels that the machine just chews up. Ribbon that the machine chews up.Can't fully open the feeder, so crumpled labels ruin subsequent labels.Software is horrible.Pure waste of money and tons of time.If you want a part time job, this is the printer for you!

My company owns two of these, and an i3300 tabletop printer. One of the M611s has been returned for repair twice, and the second one is going back for a third time. The i3300 has also been returned for repair twice. I'm going to shift my entire shop over to another brand. I don't know what has happened at Brady, but it's bad.
