Ever since I ventured into the world of DIY car repairs, I've realized the importance of having the right tools. It's like finding the perfect dance partner in a crowded room – everything just clicks. That's exactly how I felt when I came across this Impact Brake Caliper set.Its versatility is off the charts, compatible with a range of brands from Audi to B.MW, and that's just scratching the surface. The variety of sockets, including the elusive 5pt, 7pt, 10pt, M14, M18, and Hex, means I'm prepared for any brake caliper challenge that comes my way.The 1/2" square drive is robust and feels like it can handle anything without flinching. Whether it's a routine brake job on my neighbor's Ford or a more complex task on my kia, this kit has got my back. The build quality? Solid. I've dropped these sockets more times than I care to admit, and they don't even have a scratch. In a nutshell, if you're like me, constantly tinkering with cars and craving that perfect tool that feels like it was made just for you, this Brake Caliper Socket Set is your friend. It's not just a purchase; it's an investment in hassle-free, enjoyable car maintenance. Five stars, hands down!

Have Not yet had to do brake work with these tools, however my daughter has a VW. VW uses lots of fasteners that require these tools. Was nice to have everything I needed in one kit. Not a big fan of a 2.5 engine jammed into a beetle. very hard to work on. These socket/drivers are well made and fit the fasteners as they are designed to. As they are not listed as being impact rated, I would suggest avoiding using an impact gun. So far these are all that I have needed to work on her car.

These appear to be impact sockets- don’t use an impact with them. That’s why everyone is screwing them up. Use a socket wrench and a torque wrench for torquing them. I changed the brakes on my B9SQ5 without issue.
