This chopper replaced a Cuisinart mini prep that finally cracked up. The Braun is a far superior product. The bowl is a heavier plastic, polycarbonate I think, and the whole thing feels more solid. The motor is a bit quieter and has plenty of power. I use it mainly to emulsify vinaigrettes and it does so beautifully, without leaking onto the motor. It’s easy to clean and looks cool. One thing to note is that the heavy motor just sits on the bowl without locking in, which is fine while using it but keep a firm grip on the motor when moving it around. Very happy with this purchase, a great value too.

I really like this chopper, it’s powerful and controllable! You can get exactly the desired consistency! Easy cleanup of course a bonus! Smart purchase.

The blades are very sharp and positioned on the cutting axle so as to finely chop even small amounts of ingredients. Its easy to clean and the long cutting axle helps with avoiding the sharp cutting blades at clean up.

Works great if you don't need a bigger unit.I use it between the immersion blender and the big food processor. Find I'm using this most of the time now. Does a really good job and you don't have to do much scraping to get the larger pieces off the side which happens with my larger unit. Hold the top down till you get the consistency you want, and then done. The double blade system seems to work well. Haven't used the little tray thing for emulsions.Not sure I'd use for cheese but for spices, garlic, ginger, parsley etc. When I cook for 8-10 seems like the perfect size and saves a lot of time.Really easy to get the pieces apart. Like the lock mechanism that holds the top on. Easy to use with wet hands.Great product IMO

Unfortunately the 1-star reviews are correct. This is very poor quality food processor.Stopped working after 3 pulses of light mincing. Got warm to touch and started smelling like something had burned inside the motor enclosure.Stay away!!

I saw someone use this Braun in a video. Ordered it. It’s works great! I am comparing it to my previous small food processor the Cuisinart mini. This Braun make me happy compared to my last mini.

I like how easy it is to use. The engine is not part of the container, so cleaning is also very easy. Easy to storge because it is not a massive unit. Seems well made. Perfect for dried herbs and making salsa. Very sharp dual blades, which can be changed to one blade system.

I loved the product when chopping onions, garlic, carrots, celery. Do not use it on Softer cheeses like Romano or Asiago. It over heated the motor quickly and now it’s broken. I thought if I unplugged it for awhile it might start working but it didn’t so I had to throw it out. Otherwise I liked the double blade and ease of use.

I chopped three carrots into 2 inch pieces and then chopped super small in this in seconds. You can add carrots or celery or onions to every dish in seconds. No more buying shredded carrots, you can make them. I love this chopper! I use it daily. Great but

I've had this product for a few weeks and I've used it to make all my years pesto, I've made smoothies daily, vegan nice cream amd chopped a bunch of veggies for my ragu sauce!It's been amazing to use, super simple and easy to clean up. It takes up such a small space so I'm not fumbling with 3 diff large kitchen appliances, that alone makes it worth it.
