For what ever the reason with the Brause Dessin 66 name...I wasn't impressed. It all took time to understand and feel the nib as I worked through my first illustration using the B/D 66. I do see the delicacy and sensitivity along with a light at the end of the tunnel after being away from the dip pen world for so many years. To be honest after just spending the time on a few dip pen drawings I'm going to retire a couple of my fountain pens I've used over the last few years....I worked my way through college and a few art studios back in the late 50's with a dip pen....Good time to start over again:}

Once you've tried the multi packs and found a nib you really like, this is a really good option to just get that nib. It wasn't the cheapest at the time but it was the most official Brause packaging option. Not here to review the actual size 66 nib since everyone has different preferences and styles. I like that this is a 3 pack.

Ich hatte zwei mal 50 Kalligraphiefedern bestellt, aber nur zwei Stück erhalten, die nur lose in einem Umschlag versendet wurden. Nun möchte Dittmeier nicht die fehlenden 98 Federn liefern und antwortet auf Nachrichten nur mit nichtssagenden Textbausteinen.

*wanted some very flexible nibs to make more expressive ink marks and these worked very well*little more expensive than I like but worth it*last long*fun to use*would recommend
