inally after many years I have a bread machine. I took a look at the directions and realized I have yet another computer-based appliance. Not just a knob to turn on and off but flashing lights and beeps and up and down arrows. But hey, I HAVE a bread machine and I can do it. I chose the simplest recipe from the manual which is Quick bread. But then I rushed to the store to buy "Bread" flour because the manual says "Bread flour is the most important ingredient of making bread." (Also good to use Bread Machine yeast.) With a little preparation I got all my ingredients into the machine and made my first loaf. It looks and tastes delicious! It was easy and the machine did all the kneading and baking and I just sat and enjoyed the aroma. So, folks, if I can make bread, YOU can too with this wonderful machine. I was so proud I stitched up a pretty cover for it because it is rather big and I had no space for it on my kitchen counter. It looks very nice on my dining room side table. And now I am anxious to try French and whole wheat bread (there are 7 recipes in the manual).

Making homemade bread can be an intimidating task, but this bread machine couldn’t make it any easier. It’s as simple as layering the ingredients in the pan, pushing a button, and giving it time to do its work. For my first batch, I tried a small loaf of the ultra quick bread with a medium crust which takes a little less than an hour from start to finish. The bread came out very dense, which is to be expected from a quick bread, but it had a good flavor and the crust was nice and crispy. It was just a bit on the sweet side for my taste, so I experimented with slightly less sugar the second time and the taste was perfect. The timed fruit and nut dispenser is a nice feature. I've never seen this in a bread machine. There are different modes for two different loaf sizes, which is convenient when you can’t quickly go through a large loaf of bread. You can also adjust the levels of “doneness†or how dark you’d like the crust to be. It has a robust 12 different baking modes and all the necessary accessories are included. Easy cleaning and the compact size looks great in my kitchen. With it being so easy and accessible to make bread with this machine, I’m looking forward to trying some different recipes from the included book.

I was excited and bought all the ingredients prior of its arrival and was ready to go...The only thing that kept me from making bread on the first day was the tiny manual that comes with it.Its got bad grammar, the sandwich bread recipe in there doesn't have water labeled, you simply have to assume that is what the measurement is for.Pretty pathetic manual. So, the machine works and the people who designed it did a great job.The manual, awful. -1 star. Do better.

This has been a game-changer in the house. Instead of buying bread, we'll simply make it the day before and have some fantastic meals with it. Setup was easy, the instructions were easy-ish to understand, and within an hour we had our first loaf going. When the bread was done, it was mighty tasty!Cleanup was pretty easy, and reassembly afterwards was quick. Overall, this has been a great buy for the house, and I can't wait to make more bread with this in the future.

I'm so disappointed.I can't make heads or tails of the instructions and I don't want to keep failing... it's a waste of my ingredients.I have made bread (as almost anyone in 2020) but this is supposed to be quick and easy ... Not really at all.I don't recommend this. I wanted to.

I very recently decided I wanted to get into bread making, and this made it unbelievably simple! This machine doesn't doesn't take a rocket scientist to operate...which is good, because I'm not one. It has clear instructions and works perfectly. I've made probably 50 loaves of bread already, and haven't had a single issue. At some point, I will get into making breads that I can't really use a machine for, but this will stay in my kitchen for sure! Very, very happy with this so far!
