I got these to protect the evap canister purge system on my motorcycle. I didn't like it was open to atmosphere where other designs utilize air box filtered air, so this might be a good resolution. Being a crankcase filter means it should handle vapours and gases in both directions. Time will tell how it holds up thus the 4 stars just for unknown lifespan.

If it was made any cheaper it would disintegrate during shipping. Works OK and is far less then the same ones OH Em Bee ware house sells without the ridiculously ludicrous cost. Time will tell when they fall apart.
