I purchased several cross bars and had to return them. These were the only ones that fit my 2019 Jeep Cherokee perfectly. Nice and sturdy, key lock, easy to install, and to move or uninstall them. When installed, the bars lock in place to keep them from moving not only from front to back but also from side to side.Cons: The T-Slots are too small in size. I purchased the Rhino-Rack Nautica #580 Kayak Carriers and they will not fit the T-Stot on these bars. I had to return them. However the Rhino-Rack Nautica #570 (the ones that clamp on around the bar) work perfectly.

These work great for installing a roof rack on top of the car. The install is the trickiest as it takes a bit of finesse to line them up and then you need to readjust distance for the actual carrier so it fits properly. I do not recommend cutting the weather stripping until after that step. Without the weather stripping, it is extremely noisy while driving, my weather strip cuts are a bit too short but 90% or more of the time I don’t hear additional noise and I leave them rails up 24/7/365 as it’s not something that should be adjusted once installed.

I was looking for a moderate priced set of roof racks that could carry a reasonable amount of weight and still look stylish. I think this rack fits the bill. The packaging was very thoughtful. The racks were well protected and arrived without defect. The installation was very straightforward. Rack came with two keys. It has rubber gaskets you install on the underside of the racks to reduce wind noise. When we drive on the road there is a slight whistle sound. Nothing too off putting. The racks feel very secure on the roof. I would recommend these without reservation.

Fit and installs well. Came with a dimple in the top grip section. And now- just driving around- I’m down a cap.Not too sturdy. . .

Once I figured out how to open the clamp style mount they fit and worked great . The directions weren’t too good . First open the lock then you have to back the Allen out all the way until it stops . Do all four clamps . Don’t take the lock nuts off . The thing that sucks is you put them on ,get them where you want them , and take a measurement for the bottom rubber then take them off to install it . It is needed to keep wind noise at bay .But they look great and I’m sure they will work great as well . They feel really solid on the factory bars . As far as wind noise … not bad … it’s starts about 45 mph as a low growl and doesn’t get any worst at 70 mph . Not bad at all . I haven’t carried anything yet though . For the $ … great deal .

Was easy to install (except the weather strip and caps). Is very secure, traveled 1000+ plus miles ond style car top carrier with no trouble. Only down side is end caps hard to install and come off easy, which results in loud noise.

These 53†crossbars fit securely on my 2021 chevy equinox. I used the Thule sidekick rooftop cargo box and it stayed securely on top of car for 4 hour trip each way. The box did not move or make any loud noises due to wind.

The installation of the clamps is easy on my 2024 Subaru OBW.If you want the rubber seal strip on the bottom to fit properly you will have to put them on and off a couple times to get the measurement correct.

The instructions are basically useless, but once I followed logic it was alright.
