This system works well. I bought eggs on line. Look for the YouTube video instructions by scrolling through videos until you see this unit and watch the guy assemble it, cutting tubing and adding inserts as shown. Instructions with the hatchery aren’t very helpful.

Wish it had a light on it for when I can not use it inside tank. Also wish the bubbler connection was in a different spot. Some filtration would've been nice also. It definitely works as is. Just needs improvement. I'd like a way to get ridbof the egg shells also. They are a nuisance and make the water quality degrade. The stop valve is weak and does not stop the water from back flowing unless the bubbler is on.Other than that...it works quite well.

Great design. Easy to set up and harvest. If I had more tanks I may want a bigger one, but the style and method works great.

This entire thing is the most cheap piece of crap money can buy. The design has you put this in your fish tank to keep the temp up. Problem is that the lid sticks. So, guess who just tried to pry the cap off and had it and thousands of brine shrimp eggs fly into her beautiful established nano tank? Me. Brine shrimp eggs are really bad for your fish as they can clog their intestines. So, thanks for potentially killing my whole tank with you god awful product. Wish I could give a middle finger instead of one star, but hopefully this review sent the message.

I have not had very good luck with my hatches. It is well built and sturdy. I believe my problem is cold fish room and possibly eggs.

There is no way you wouldn't be able to get enough air circulation with this! It's so powerful! So, I highly recommend using the distributor if you don't want the salt water leaking out of the top!Other than that, I like it!

This is amazing. I have live food available every day for my baby Platy and for my Mandarin fish. Since I'm hatching it outside of the tank it takes longer but is worth it.

From my personal experience. Here are the steps I took to get an extremely efficient setup.Use either bottled water or tap. If using tap make sure to dechlorinate water.Fill till about inch from rim.1 half tablespoon of brackish salt. I use seachems brackish salt.1/4th teaspoon of eggs or however much you can use up within 48 hours. Remember Brine shrimp are most Nutritious during the first 48 hours before they use up their sac of nutrients from birth.Takes about a day to hatch.I then turn off the air pump. Let egg shells float up and bring shrimp go down. It also helps to get a flashlight aimed near the bottom to attract them.
