I recently bought this for an extended vacation where I had to check bags. These locks are very small but sturdy. It comes with 1 key that works both locks. It eased my mind that no one would be opening my suitcases. They look great inconspicuous and are easy to use. Just keep the key on a ring so not to lose.

I wanted to try this padlock on a electric guitar case. I replaced the latch type fastener , next to the carrying handle with one that allows a padlock to be installed. This TSA approved Brinks 22mm lock is OK and small enough to keep from banging against the case and doing damage. So far, I feel this will be adequate and serve my purposes.

These locks are great to put on the tv cords. My children kept falling asleep during class and when asked why by the teachers they said they were up watching tv. Once I was made aware of the situation their TVs are too big to move out of their rooms so this was a quick simple solution. Unlike some other locks where you can bang them on a hard surface and they will open these do not! I would purchase these again.

Not sure why these aren't more highly rated. They all work fine, seem sturdy, and are the perfect replacement to the lock the TSA just lost. Plus, unlike some of the other keyed locks you'll find on amazon, these are made out of one solid piece of metal, so it won't split in half.
