Accurate measurements are pretty important when making cocktails, not just to ensure that you don't accidentally overindulge, but also to make sure you've got the right balance in the flavors. For some time I've used a 4-ounce measuring cup with the angled measurements, and it worked fine—but my wife reclaimed it for cooking, so I needed a jigger.This one works just fine, and if I'm honest, makes me feel that much more professional when I'm making these!Now, I should preface this by saying that I don't have the best light in my home bar area, but I will say that it's pretty tough for me to read the engraved markings inside. It won't be an issue once I get used to how much each end holds, but I definitely need to twist my head around a bit to make out the markings...they're pretty small.In any case, it's a great, inexpensive additional to the bar, and it's very easy to clean. What's not to love?

I’ve seen better but better costs a lot more. The graduations could be easier to read, but the lines are easy enough to see. Buy this and spend the savings on some nice slow pours.
