I got one, size is perfect, design is modern, easy to use, water is purified amazing, no after taste. On my 2nd photo, notice some particles it was filtered. I’ve been using Britas for something like 25 years, and I love them. The improvement in water flavor can be amazing. Then I moved into a small apartment with what amounts to a cabin-sized fridge, and neither of my old ones would fit, so I went looking to see if I could find a small one.At first I didn’t think this one would fit, either - it’s certainly too tall for the interior shelves, and I thought it was too wide for the door shelves. Then it occurred to me that the top is wider than the bottom, so the 4.55†dimension might refer to that. Fortunately, I was right. This fits in my 4.3†door shelf with room to spare; the base is ~3.5†wide.I wish I could fit a bigger one into my fridge, but I’m just glad they make one that does fit. It works great, of course, and I love the new 6-month filters. If you need a small water filter, this one is great.

The Brita Metro Elite Water Filter Pitcher did the job. I do not know what to compare it to. We were away from home for a long period and someone mentioned getting one of these instead of bottled water. Genius! We were spending a lot and using so many plastic bottles that we tried hard to recycle. I got one of these and it blinks when you pour. It should last a couple of months or a certain amount of use - a handful of us are big drinkers, so it only lasted a couple of weeks, but we used a ton of water. The water tasted and felt clean without minerals and icky tastes of city water. So worth it.

The first one I ordered came with a cracked reservoir that leaked water out of it but I was able to return that one and get another which thankfully came not broken and in good condition. The filter works great and makes the water taste very good. Overall I’m happy with the brita water filter. I can get away from using so many water bottles.

I wanted to eliminate the plastic bottle consumption in my home. I initially bought another brand that had a glass pitcher. It was very nice but expensive and almost impossible to remove the filter. It was so hard, that I decided to get this one after watching the videos. I am so very happy I did. It doesn't have the glass pitcher but the ease of use outweighs the glass pitcher. This is so simple and it doesn't get any easier to change the filter. I will use the glass pitcher, minus the filter which I threw away, for lemonade in the summer. I would definitely buy another one of these. Light weight, slim fit for the fridge and easy to use. What more could you want?

I liked it, the water feels pure, the bad thing was that the jug fell empty at a very low height and broke :/

Acceptable water flow rate through the filter during fill up. Got it with the 6 months Elite filter to reduce filter change frequency. Would be perfect if the jug has a spout lid to dust cover.
