We have had our Nutone Vacuum system for about 14 years. We have gone through several of these powerheads during those years. But we have gotten better life out of them since we learned to clean out the brushes. Threads and long hair gets wrapped up in the brushes. If you don't clean it out occasionally, it will slow the motor down and either burn the belt up or the ruin the motor. But all in all, they have been a workhorse and have lasted us a long time.

The material the hose is made out of is very cheap. Not strong like the original nutone hose. Cords did not fit well in the handle and the hose kinks easily. Disappointed!

Even though the picture doesn't match the item received, I found this hose to be better than the original. However not sure about how long this one will last as it's much lighter and more plastic.

Good replacement hose except on/off button on handle broke after 2 months. Didnt buy the waranty plan so bought the hose again

Quality is great, it was the wrong hose but they took it back no problem. Make sure you order the correct one otherwise you lose your shipping fee.

The problem with this one is you have to actually plug in a cord to an outlet to use the carpet attachment thank goodness there is an outlet next to al my vacuum outlets. Not like the last one it’s power was with in the tube itself. The picture does not show the attached plug.
