Broil King NWT-1S Professional. I ordered this for Christmas so I could have two warming trays. My older one is also a Broil King with the detachable 3 covered compartment tray. They both warm up very fast and keep the food at a great temperature. Easy to use and easy to clean. Both have adjustable heat settings and I used them on high and put my Corningware and All-Clad pans on them to keep various foods warm so people could get seconds and the food would not be cold. These are easy to store for the next time. They are well-made and heavy, not "tinny". We have a huge family gathering at Christmas so I make a lot of food and this extra warming tray really helped. Broil King makes quality merchandise so you can't go wrong. Amazon shipped it really fast and it was so well packaged, nothing was damaged. They even double-boxed the warming tray so there wouldn't be any damage.

We bought this warming tray for our monthly dinners at the senior apt building. It arrived very quickly and very securely and safely packaged so not a scratch on it!The unit is a nice long and deep size, perfect for a number of dishes and very sturdy. The adjustable heating dial is wonderful and it heats up fast. We are looking to purchase a second one soon. The price is fantastic especially with Super Saving free shipping. I would HIGHLY recommend this warming tray - it makes serving buffet style so much better. You won't be dissappointed!

This is a very straightforward warming tray that is nice and large -- it can fit two large pans of a casserole or three smaller bowls. It gets as hot as you'd like a warming tray to get and is easy to keep clean. The only thing that would make it even more convenient is if it could used in a cordless mode, but I suspect that the cordless warming trays don't stay hot that long.

For our previous party, we dragged out the old chafing dishes, then needed to buy more canned heat. Then came pre-heating water, lighting the Sterno, waiting for it all to get warm enough.Then we discovered we goofed. We had used foil half pans for the food, which were not quite deep enough to touch the hot water. So the food cooled too much.Never Again!For our most recent (small, safe) gathering, we used this warming tray instead of the chafer. Turn it on, prewarm the pans of food in the over as usual, place them on the tray. DONE!Food was warm, no fuel to buy, nothing to clean up after. In our case, we used OXO borosilicate glass baking dishes for the food, because once heated with the food in the oven, the dishes themselves hold a lot of heat. Also, you can prewarm these in the microwave, which you cannot do with metal pans.Remember, as with the chafer it replaces, this is not a cooking appliance. Its purpose is to KEEP warm foods warm, not to heat them up to warm.Maximum temperature of the tray is listed as 200 degrees. The dial will let you go down to 150, which is good for foods that might dry out over an extended period. Pre-warm your food to 200 or a little less in an oven before putting it on the tray.

We use this tray almost nightly to heat dinner dishes and keep all components of the meal warm until we're ready to eat. We've had it for at least a year and it has functioned perfectly. There's a thermostat to adjust the heat level and a light to let you know whether you've remembered to turn it on or off. We keep it on the counter next to the stove. Perhaps not the most beautiful item in the kitchen, but perfectly acceptable and highly functional. Nice large size. I recommend this product.

Who has outlets IN their dining table? I know I don't! So, to put a cord on this tray that is so short is stupid design as you have to attach an extension cord to plug it in. This causes extra wires around your dining table getting in the way of your guests.

Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size for a couple 9x13 casserole dishes sitting side by side. Nice heavy cord. I place a paper towel on the surface so I don't scratch the stainless steel with my dishes. A little worried about doing that accidentally. It came in a makeshift box with chunks of Styrofoam to protect it during shipping, which it did, but cannot be reused for storage. Keeping an eye out for some kind of box or container to store it in.

Warming tray is nice quality, size, and performance.Although “made in America”, don’t expect much in the way of Customer Service.I requested information on how to order a replacement plastic side handle to replace a cracked one. Took couple days to get a one sentence response that they don’t sell that part to customers.Well, I sure can’t buy it anyplace else so I guess I’m just stuck with broken tray!!Very Disappointing....With no product parts support....I would not purchase again!
