This is the best broom/dustpan combo I have ever used, no exaggeration. Something about the quality is just superior. It has one job, and it does it very well. The best part is that there is no remaining line of dirt/dust residue when you sweep into the dustpan - everything goes straight in there on the first brush. Also, the way it folds up and stores is very neat and easy. HOWEVER - after three years of use (not even daily use, more like weekly at the MOST), the flexible edge of the dustpan has deteriorated to the point that most of the dirt/dust I try to sweep does not make it into the pan, and instead gets swept underneath the pan, leaving a line of dirt that just refuses to be swept. Which is very annoying. And there's nothing I can do to compensate for this defect, so I'm just ordering a new one. Honestly, I'm no expert, but three years is probably an impressive lifespan for any broom. Worth it!

I love this broom and dustpan set. Very simple, sleek and funtions great. The broom feels nice to sweep with, very thorough, and the dustpan catches everything you sweep into it. No little crumbs left behind like some where you have to reposition and resweep. We have a high traffic household so it's nice to be able to fold up dustpan, pop the broom in and tuck it in our hall closet for easy access. I have to also note that we had a minor issue almost a year later (our fault, not the brooms) so I reached out to customer service. They were so nice and helpful. Fixed us right up, no questions asked. I recommend the broom and company.

I've bought this product three (3) times. What better endorsement could one give?The first lasted the longest and that's b/c of it's two piece broom; height adjustable via a screw tightener on the lower outer sleeve. The accompanying dustpan had a single pole.This first pair had by far a classier look than the sectional poles utilized by both dustpan and broom. The build quality has definitely taken a hit as well. For these various reasons, one star is being docked. I wish I'd photos of the first set which I left with my roommate. Inclusion of photos now would be rather pointless.

Our ancestors knew the best way to clean a hard floor was with a broom. I have all sorts of fancy gadgets....vacuums, stick brooms, squeezes, a wide variety of dust mops etc. to clean my hardwood and tile floors. I often had to resort to using a dustpan and a hand broom to get the tiny pieces missed by these tools. I recalled the janitor at school using an industrial sized tool similar to this and wondered if they made smaller ones. Well after reading the reviews I took a chance and ordered one. I know it sounds crazy but I was really excited about getting one. It was delivered 15 minutes ago. I wasted no time in assembling it and putting it to use. I had been shredding lots of old documents and when I would empty the can into the trash, lots of the little pieces would blow around and scatter over the floor. It was a real pain to have to keep bending down and sweeping them up by hand. Well this thing worked like magic! I then tackled the room where the cat's litter box sits. If you are a cat owner you know how those tiny granules can get tracked all over your house despite putting down area rugs and kitty litter mats to catch the litter. I was concerned that people's feet would grind those particles like sand into my new hardwood floors and scratch them. In the past, I have had to drag out my heavy vacuum, put on the attachment brush (3 inches wide) and go over and over the area trying to vacuum ALL the particles. This handy tool took care of the matter in less than a minute. My back is grateful and my pets are grateful .(We all know how much cats and dogs love vacuums, right?) I have already ordered a second one for the room in which the litter box stays and as finances permit I will order one for every room that has an outside door. I find I am more likely to clean up a mess quickly if I don't have to spend 10 minutes assembling the tools to do so. Yes, occasionally it missed a tiny piece and I had to go back and sweep one more stroke, but even my fancy vacuums and dust mops did that (and missed much more). I don't remember when I have written such a glowing report. Unless you were to get a lemon (and that can happen with anything from cars to can openers) I don't think you will regret buying this. I would NOT recommend using it on a garage floor or other cement surface because first the bristles are very soft, hence safe to use on hardwood floors, and they wouldn't have the strength to cleanse a cement surface without damaging the bristles. For those instances, an old fashioned corn broom would be a better choice. Just FYI, I paid full price for this item and did NOT receive a complimentary one to get a good review. (Often wonder how people manage to get those complimentary items, LOL) P.S. Unless you weigh less than 80 pounds, I would NOT recommend standing on the dustpan like shown in some of the photos.)

This is especially handy for elderly people and it picks up all the dirt.

I Don't really write reviews, but I had to with this broom and dustpan. I love it. Easy to assemble, easy to handle. I have all the pieces connected, so tall broom shorter dustpan. Works great. I have 3 cat boxes on hard wood floors. I bought this broom to help me clean the cat sand that is constantly being pushed out of the boxes and scattered on the floor. This broom and dustpan helps me keep it clean 5-6 times a day. The slick black bristles of the broom slide all litter/sand pieces right into the dustpan, without a single grain left behind. No dust left behind either. Clean clean clean. If this broom broke tomorrow, I'd buy it again. I love that they clip together and I can hang it up out of the way.

I got this one over a name brand because the price was lower. Not worth it. While the assembly was easy and the bristles are compact and springy, the top of the broom handle has already fallen off and disappeared. I am only 5’ 2” and I find the handle too short for comfortable reach. The broom is very small - only 10 inches wide. I never thought to check this because every broom I’ve ever had in over 30 years of home ownership was at least 12 inches wide. I didn’t know anyone made brooms this small! It seems like a couple of inches wouldn’t make that much difference, but I notice it. Takes much longer to sweep. I’m going to go to Home Depot and spend the extra for something bigger and better quality.

Broom sweeps extremely well but is a little heavy even in the short handle option. Very solid and robust set.

Es un poco caro, pero el diseño es muy bueno. También es práctica porque cabe en cualquier lado. Lo único malo es que no he encontrado repuesto para la escoba y no cualquiera le queda.
