The system is very lightweight and easy to use. Even though the broom head can rotate, it takes a bit of force to make it move, so you aren't struggling with it not saying ridged while sweeping. The only thing I wish it had was shorter and denser bristles. When I purchased this, I couldn't find a product like this one with a broom with short and dense bristles.

No-brainier assembly, but this is not the type of broom I'm used to. It's not heavy duty and I didn't think the big bristles would pick up dust and cat hair from my hardwood floors but WOW! This broom is super lightweight and a total magnet for dust, dirt, fur, crumbs, leaves, you name it! The dustpan is tight against the floor, no gap. And the brush-cleaning bristles are awesome. Dumping into the trash was a breeze. The only thing I would change is to make the swivel head able to lock into the standard position as it sometimes moves on me when I am sweeping. Great product for the house and other small areas!

We wanted a broom and dustpan for quick jobs in the kitchen, to use in between vacuuming. My husband left out one section of the broom handle so it's more of a short broom/whisk. The dustpan swivels up which makes storage convenient. Good quality item (we appreciate being able to clean the brush with the ridges on the dust pan.

This broom is the worst I have ever owned. The broom head will not stay attached to the handle. It continually falls off. I had to duck-tape the head on so I could use the broom. And the fact that the broom head pivots at different angles is supposed to be good; well, it is not. It pivots continuously as you try to simply brush a floor, making it difficult to do a good job. You cannot get a good sweep. I would have returned the product except I purchased it in September anticipating moving to a new place. The move was delayed a couple months, meanwhile the product was left untested in the real world. The dust pan works fine, but the broom sucks. I'll have to buy a replacement broom. Even one from the dollar store would be better.

I purchased this for a senior member of the family who has difficulty reaching the floor. The feedback has been most positive. Both the broom and pan are lightweight and sturdy. The comb feature on the pan is a plus for cleaning the broom preventing redeposit of dust and lint onto the floor. Highly recommended.

I was surprised as how well it is made. I was surprised at the swivel head on the broom. Come in handy getting between my dryer and wall. The dust holder is large and will hold a lot. I broke a glass the day I got it. I used it and the dust holder was strong enough to hold the heavy glass pieces. Never broke over to spill out the glass. I’m getting another one for the garage.
