I was extremely excited to have this to take with me to clean my airbnbs however it's causing me more work than I already had since the broom keeps shedding and I have to stop every other room to put the handle back together.1-5-24They are the first to respond to one of my reviews and they responded quickly. They will be replacing my broom at no cost to me and I didn't have to ask they have also offered some refund. I will continue to purchase and try other items from a company with great customer service. Stuff happens but great customer service is intentional and that speaks volumes.True to their word they sent me a replacement broom. This broom is much thicker and we have not had any issues with shedding. It's exactly what I had hoped for when I ordered it to begin with. And again the customer service is top notch.

Why this particular book combo? Every zone in this old house has its own broom dustpan combo to make tidying simple. Efficient.Noticing people complain about this set not being sturdy, for a basic set to do basic clean up this grouping exceeded my expectations. Based on other reviews expected a wobbly set up.On contrary, this set is snug in fitment and does basic clean ups easy peasy. The pan is tight to the move so manual tucking is required as it would swing on its own. Maybe over time operated it’ll loosen.Light weight and simple to store on a hook or in my case snap in wall storage option.The tiny boom pan is perfect to help with the feral kitty condos when a little litter strays from their automatic box.The design is fine with our needs. Easy to assemble. Though instructions are easy to follow. The two handle parts come in two different bags. So it’s easy to know which to assemble with what.For fourteen bucks on sale I’m a happy camper. Adding this to the fur and fitness room cat closet where they have their bathroom business. Plus, to help tidy the room when not vacuuming.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ðŸ’¯

I come from a 25+ year background of food service. I've used brooms and dustpans like this since I was a teenager working as a dishwasher. I bought a new-to-me home last fall and moved in back in January. I already have a broom and dust pan, but wanted one for the basement and garage.I knew I was only spending $20 and wasn't expecting it to be amazing. I just wanted something to have in the basement at all times that I could grab and clean up crap on the floor. The broom handle is not very solid. There is a lot of bounce in it. Yes it convenient for assembly and shipping, but it feels like I'm going to break it if I sweep too hard. That's fine tho, I didn't buy this for the broom, I wanted the dustpan only. I can pickup a tall broom at the dollar store no problem. I do like that the handle clips to the dustpan. And it has a hole to hang from my supply hooks in the basement.I'm definitely spoiled with my old rubbermade long handled dustpan, but this will do the job for cheap. It's not like I'm going to clean a restaurant with it, just some dirt and dust in the basement.

I may have expected too much. It's fine...as advertised. The handles require assembly so are essentially a connection of multiple shorter rods. Overall, not as tall as I would have liked. And the broom feels super cheap, making me expect to need to replace the broom before the pan, which seems good as long as I don't step on it and crack it.

Great broom. Does what it should. Love the extra little broom and dust pan! I wish it was a little bit taller as I have to somewhat bend when using it but with the price it’s not much of an issue!

This broom is the worst of all. It is very small, flimsy and weak, literally for children! Unbelievable! Unfortunately, I can’t return it because it’s passed the returning period. Save your $ and don't buy this crap!!!!

If you have animals and you sweep with it and then you drag it up a little guard it gets the hair off. It is spectacular 10 out of 10.

It's a good broom, but the dustpan is crap. It doesn't sit fully on the floor so when you try to sweep things up it just sweeps it under. I've even pushed down on it and it still doesn't work right.

The mop is a blessing for those with backache issues. There's no need to bend, as the dust gets collected in the dustpan with the help of the broom. However, the quality of the broom and plastic could use some improvement. The color is a much lighter shade than what I ordered. Despite this, it's easy to use, offers good value for money, and the length of both is adequate, enhancing its functionality.
