I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this product was a disappointment. I loved the pivoting dust pan concept, but am frustrated the product was so faulty. One of the broom legs that was supposed to screw into another was too small and wouldn't grip onto the threads. I tried using plumber's tape, but it didn't work. Additionally, one of the dustpan handles had the same issue (it didn't fit/screw into the next). The pivot mechanism for the broom was also faulty (backward). Despite my attempts to salvage the item, it was not functional. My experience with assembling large Amazon furniture and shelving has always been smooth. Amazon requires a return of this item for a refund. I'm disappointed because I always have positive experiences with Amazon products, and cringe at the man-hours being spent returning this very faulty item.

Love the dustpan. Handles could be a little sturdier but they work. Broom is not very stiff but it’s working okay.

The broom and shovel both are very cheap quality. They keep on twisting and breaking apart.I couldn't even use it for more than a month

This works well and is light weight and easy to use with just one problem. It is easy to put together but the broom handle keeps falling apart, I am sure some gorilla glue will fix the problem, but why was this not fixed before selling it? The top of the broom handle comes off in my hand and the broom falls on the floor. The broom was made to swivel sideways but it won’t stay in a position that I need. I am crippled and my hands do not work so well so this is a pain for me. Bending to pick it up off the floor several times while trying to sweep the kitchen is a big an annoyance. I am keeping it, will try to glue it or put a small screw in it.

I thought 2 of these and they are useful but every now and then, you have to screw the joints tight again because they come loose progressively. They look good though.
