I am happy as can be with my selection and its application - plugged in and went to work as directed .... there are better and more expensive units but for the home environment this is a perfect match for price and performance. As always Amazons shipping was outstanding in time and efficiency.

I purchased this machine on March 4th 2020 thru Amazon by a company called Amazing Lighting Deal.I have only used the machine a couple of times, and today Sept 6th 2020 I had to fax out a couple of items and found out that the machine would not work as it had no power going into it. This is the second machine like this that I have owned, the last one I had for 6 or 7 years and used it on a limited basis and that one also failed for the same reason.I guess it comes down to the old story of you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this fax machine to anyone

I can't get it to work. I have tried several times and it doesn't send anything for me. I have followed the instructions to the letter and it still doesn't work. Just going to send it back.
