I bought these to cook and serve my Mac n’ cheese. They are just as good as staub pans in my opinion (and at a fraction of the price). This came right out of the oven and onto the table! The little wooden runner kept my table safe from the hot pan. Clean up was a breeze. Just scrape with steel wool, pat dry, and apply a thin layer of oil in every nook and cranny :)

This is deeper than any typical fajita pan, so honestly I think that's not the right label for this item. So far we have used it to oven roast beef chunks for a dinner for two in one of the casseroles. Perfect size and depth for a hearty portion for two. Rustic elegance as a serving piece right out of the oven on the heat resistant wood. We've also done a potato au gratin for two. Once seasoned it works just like all good cast iron pots, minimal or no sticking. Next we will do a meatball dish in the pizza oven (stone oven). Very versatile and we are very happy with them.

I wanted something that would stand up to time, that would keep my food warm as we're having our meal. This accomplished both and such easy clean up because the pots are already seasoned. The wipe clean.
