I love the softness it feels like a hotel towel! It is so elegant like a shabby chic look. It is super lengthy to allow for hang over, I don’t want it on the floor so I wrapped it around my pillows but there’s plenty of length if that’s what you’re looking for! I recommend buying!

I saw the peacock color and had to make this spread number 4 meaning I have 3 others; a white, a yellow and a red (I also had the aqua but gave it away because it was not my colors at that time; I wish I would have kept it though because it would have fit my color scheme now!) Admittedly, the red one has seen better days but it's been several years and through several washings and drying so I am satisfied with its duration. My bed is California King so finding these chenille spreads that fit that size bed is a challenge. Anyway, I wash and dry before I put anything on the bed; there was a minimal amount of temporary shrinkage. As the spread is used, it stretches back. It is very light which is excellent when you are washing a king size spread in a washing machine (it fits nicely). It dried very fast too. I have one chenille that is so thick that I only use it occasionally, usually in the very cold weather, because it is really a bear to wash and dry (and then fold!). So, this spread is light, washes and dries well and the peacock color is beautiful! Oh, and one more thing, I always use a bed skirt; the spread on the California king does not go all the way to the floor at least not on my bed. Immediately out of the dryer, it was about three inches shy on each side but it is down to two inches on each side with the bed skirt peeking out below after a few days use.

the fabric is so thin you can almost see through it. Also I cancelled the order and three days later they shipped it. When I went to return, I had to pay shipping. Shady Company

Great quality material. Beautiful design. Love the fringe. Use mine for a decorative bed pillow that I keep on my bed after I make it up in the morning. Bold colors, I have 2 in 2 different colors. Buy these !

It’s a good bedspread for the price, but, not what I would consider oversized.
