I ordered this concertina, and it took me several weeks to find a teacher. When I finally did I opened up my box, and to my dismay to see button on the concertina was stuck wiggling it did nothing it stayed stuck. I would not recommend this instrument to anybody, very poor quality. I am very dissatisfied with this instrument.

I am not experienced with diatonic instruments but I think for the sea shanties I use this instrument for it works well. I have left it in my car for long periods in the freezing winter and it doesn't go off tune. I don't know if that is standard but I appreciate itðŸ‘

The concertina worked great except for two of the buttons getting stuck occasionally. It's very high quality and the bag it comes with seems fairly durable.

I got this concertina to learn how to play since it was the cheapest one I could find. I thought it wouldn’t be the best but it would be usable. Unfortunately, the handstrap was broken when I received it and even trying to play it with the broken handstrap, the bellows are quite hard to maneuver and made of cheap paper, and it’s impossible to play chords under a melody line because of the poor construction of the valves letting way more air through the bass notes such that you can’t hear the melody.

Für das Geld ein schönes Instrument und es lässt sich nach anfänglicher Gewöhnung an die doch sehr kleinen Tasten gut spielen.Einziger Konstruktionfehler:Das Luftloch ist mit ~65mm²zu klein.Es dauert zu lange um bei Richtungswechsel schnell Luft in den Balg zu bekommen.Deshalb nur 3 Punkte.Nach mehreren Überlegungen habe ich diese Öffnung auf ca. 300mm² erweitert.Dieses beinhaltet natürlich einige Umbaumaßnahmen, wie größere Abdeckung mit neuem Velourleder. Platz ist genug und das hätte auch gleich so sein können bei der Herstellung.Aber es hat sich gelohnt für mich. Ich bin zufrieden.
