1. What should I do if there is too much dust when opening the package?

I bought this sand as a cheaper alternative to the previous sand I was using for my Syrian, and honestly I'm never switching again! The pour spout is super convenient. It does not create any dust clouds when poured into the sand box, and it smells great! I did not notice in the description that it had a flower scent, i only found out when I started pouring it and had to look at the bag to see why it smelled so nice lol! It's super soft and keeps my female Syrian's urine odor under control

I was a bit hesitant to try a new sand for our hamster, since the sand we used was doing okay.This stuff is so great! It smells nice with some herbs which initially had me concerned about cleaning it out. However, this comes with a nice little spoon and clumps up fantastic to scoop out the used soiled sand. The herbs keep it smelling nice and it’s so easy to clean.There is so little waste of unsoiled sand, we are going to switch to this sand for all our hamsters and not go back to the previous sand. The hamster also seems to be in the sand bath more as there are more footprints in there which to us say he’s happier. The price point is in line with others but I think it’s a great value since there is less waste. The hamster seems to like the look of the herbs which was a nice touch. The sand fills the sand bath so it’s a good size at about 6lbs in the bag. Our hamster and us humans fully recommend this sand over the other brands.

My hammy loves it, bathes and goes to bathroom and plays. A bit dusty but good quality and easy to clean. Holds smell decently and lasts long even in 3.3 lb size. Easy and good for a russian dwarf.

Soft, finely-grained, luxurious bathing sand for your hamster or small pet. I like the added touch of natural dried flowers (rose, jasmine, myosotis) in the sand. The smell from the flowers is not noticeable. I was pleasantly surprised by the cute free scoop that was included. Definitely a much better value than my old bathing sand from PetSmart. Package also arrived triple-bagged during shipping to prevent damage and mess.
