Grand idea! I found that although it gives you a reference point, it is not easy to break through 1/2†drywall. Once that is accomplished, you can cut out your hole for the outlet. At least the hole is not way out of place!😂🤣😂

Works perfectly. Made out of heavy duty material. Used them on large job, no problem.

it required too much pressure to go through the drywall. so much that i'm literally slamming my body into it and its still not coming through. i had one bend a box back to the wall. the points are to triangular instead of pointed. i had one point completely bend so its no longer pointed. very cheap and cheesy product. i would not recommend to anyone.

The idea is excellent, but this product didn't provide material improvement. After using it a few times, I stopped using it.
