I bought this hoping it would cover my Westinghouse Wgen14500TFc (same size as Wgen12000DF) and it is as if it was made specifically for this generator! Fits it perfectly from top to bottom (I leave the wheels sticking out).Could not be happier with this.

Second cover purchased that fits my large generator. It's a really heavy duty cover. The first lasted 4 years outside in the elements until it finally ripped when I tried to remove it. It offered great protection from the weather and only slightly faded. I try to test my generator yearly. It started up right away. Replacement cover came next day!

20181120 - Purchased a larger 12kw unit to wire into the main panel of my house as the 5kw wasn't enough for me. Bought another one of these Sportsman XL Generator covers and it fits the new one perfectly as well. The 12kw model with the new cover is pictured. The first cover has been outside on my screen porch for almost two years and still looks brand new. Will purchase again if ever needed.Bought this for my Genarac 5500 after reading reviews of the smaller one not fitting 5kw models. Mine is more of a square rather than a rectangle at 27 x 27 x 25. The large model wasn't deep enough according to the dimensions so I went with the XL. This covers my generator from top to floor with quite a bit of room to spare. The adjustable drawstring is really nice. The material is thick and should be able to keep things dry and out of the sun. I'm buying three more for family members that have larger models than I do as this one will fit up to 15kw units. Don't buy a cheap cover for a generator. Spend the extra $10 and get this one. You won't be disappointed.

Material is much better than expected. I really lucked out on fitment. It's as though it was included with the generator. Very nice.

Excellent cover for generator or portable compressor. Well made, thick and durable in all weather. Has draw string pulls to snug around base or bottom. Keeps water, snow and dirt off equipment. Even in cold weather it remains flexible. Just keep off hot exhaust or it will melt the cover. I use a welding blanket to line underside of cover so I can cover equipment quickly without waiting for it to cool. You should expect a couple of years of use from, unless you leave out in the sun everyday, like I do. This cover is subject to all weather, 365 days. It starting to show wear and tear. Sun fade on top and some cracking on the inside, but it still seems to be water resistant. Its 2 years old and will probably need to be replaced next year. But still love the cover for what it is. Oh yeah, it has been in the bed of my truck everyday for 2 years, so it has held up well to all weather, snow and freezing temps, sun and heat, rain and wind, and still keeps equipment dry.
