When I installed this faucet, it had a drip that would not stop. I was getting a drop about every 4 - 5 seconds. I used my cell phone and e-mailed customer service, listed in the instructions. They responded within an hour. We communicated back and forth with questions and answers through emails. With-in a day they shipped a replacement faucet to me. High ratings for customer service and the product. I would buy other faucets from this manufacture.

All plastic and appears to be of pretty good quality. The shower hose connector on top appears to be the weakest part and time will tell if it lasts. If it breaks, the problem may include water leaking inside and down onto the coach floor....a real problem, especially if I can't see it. Would have preferred the connector to be metal. If I have any problems with this, my rating will go way down to 1 star.

Great replacement for the outdated bathroom sink faucet in my 1991 travel trailer. Easy to install, and looks a thousand times better than the old one. Works as it should.

If there was a rating for sub-zero that would be where I start. The low price is directly representative of it's low quality, really low quality. The show attachment leaks like a sieve making a mess everywhere, despite my various methods of sealing it. I ended up buying a real metal one from a local plumbing store for about $75 and it works well.

This is a nice replacement for the plastic colored faucet that came with our camper. This is plastic but has a stainless finish.

UPDATE 09/19/2023:There was supposedly warranty service on this item, which Amazon intiated a request with the seller.This was never honoured and no instructions provided by the seller. Effectively a default on warranty service. Amazon nor the seller honoured the warranty.-----------------------------Purchased based on reviews approximately 6 weeks ago.Started renovating RV bathroom, tested faucet and it was leaking heavily from both shower diverter and hot water handle.Completely unusable.Unable to return as it is past the return window. Seller support is absent.Throwaway purchase.There appears to be no QA on this product and no support. Amazon is completely flooded lately with poorly made products from China and Asia and it is getting tiresome. Going try and find a quality product somewhere else.

Addition and upgrade to our motorhome. The quality seems great with a really nice hose with some weight to it not like those cheap plastic hoses. If I had a complaint I wish it just had a bit more of a tilt...but no big deal!

The fawcet is as shown. The black center knob is the water supply and a pull up on-off valve for the shower head and the shower head also has a shut-off switch. Down-side is the entire unit is made of plastic which makes you wonder how they would cost so much. I couldn't find anything else so this one had to be my replacement and it does the job.
