We use these on tote shelters made for neighborhood stray cats in our yard. Wanted extra protection of keeping the top of the totes on. Still going strong keeping the tote top on through the winter.

I use a lot of bungee cords for different projects. So I know bungee cords from experience. These bungee cords are decent quality, which means they’re a tiny bit thinner than your average bungee cord. I categorize bungee cords as heavy duty, regular, and light duty. These are definitely light duty.The hooks are also a little thinner than average and they will bend if pulled hard enough. But with that said, they still function as they should, but I only use these for small, light duty jobs. Overall still satisfied with the quality of these bungee cords.

The 3* is for the way the merchant taped EACH cord with tape that when removed left a very sticky white residue that will be impossible to remove. Seriously? Each one had to be taped? There are four sticky places now on EACH one of the cords. The tape was NOT necessary at all.
