This is a great cat litter trapping mat. I love how big the mat is, it matches the size of the pan that I have my 3 cat litter boxes in. The mat sits in front of the pan and does a great job catching the litter the kitties drop off after exiting their boxes. I no longer have to worry about stepping on grains of litter and the fabric this is made from is very comfortable to walk on.

This rug is nice, but the picture with two litter boxes on the smaller rug is a bit confusing. Unless the litter boxes are very small, it’s hard to see how both would fit on the smaller mat. I have two litter boxes and it doesn’t work for both.

Before use, I washed on cold/delicate and dried on perm press. It washed well.The bottom layer of this is basically the same as a washable bed pad. The bottom is waterproof and the top is absorbent. The top overlay is basically fabric coated foam with holes stamped out of it.It does a decent job catching litter and dust. My usual litter box mat is one of those bath matts that has "fingers" on it, and that actually works better at litter/dust. I think the fluffy fabric really grabs the dust. But it isn't fully waterproof, so if you have a cat that has accidents or goes over the edge sometimes, this product is a better bet.That said, the plastic foam the top is made of absorbs liquid. If you have a cat that pees on it, even washing it, you'll never really fully get the smell out. A cat will always be able to smell it.So, if your cats have good litterbox habits, this might be a good choice. If not, might be better to just get a washable waterproof bed or crib pad.

I really love this cat litter mat. It is quite large and covers a significant area, which is helpful since one of my cats tends to scatter litter everywhere. I wish I had discovered this mat sooner, as it would have been useful when I was using a regular litter box. Now, I use it with our automatic cat litter box, and the coverage is fantastic. Although it is a bit overpriced for this type of mat, I’m glad I decided to purchase it.

I have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes. There is constantly litter trailing out of the box from the kitty toes picking it up. This mat is huge! This has been catching those pesky little bits as they exit the box, and by the time they are over the edge onto my flooring, the bits are gone! It will help when it’s time to clean the area. The quality is excellent and I highly recommend this to any cat owner with an indoor litter box.

My fur friend Aloysius trends to keep the litter on his precious paws and tracks it all over the house. He is very intelligent and he's leaving to scrub his paws on the mat to dust himself off. This mat is a very generous size. It was vacuum packed down to smaller size but puffed up just fine. I did have a few creases but put it in the oven on very low heat for a short time and it's as flat as a pancake. This is a game changer for keeping to litter in one spot. Super easy to clean. We love it.

So far so good with this litter catch mat. It's big enough to have the litter box sit directly on top of it and have a bit of margin on every side so that the cats step on it first. It catches the litter well and as long as I remember which side the litter mat flap "opens" on, it's all good. The first time using it and when I went to dump it out, I forgot that it flips open like a book and all the litter went all over the floor. Not a huge problem since we sweep up anyway when we clean the litter mats. All in all, it works well and does what it's supposed to.
