The quality of these meat presses was excellent. However they had "bumpy" bottoms and my husband thought we should have ones with a smooth bottom, so we ended up returning them. The product did arrive very quickly, just as promised when ordered.

Something I always wanted in my kitchen. I use it when frying pork chops or bacon. Of coursr you can put small slits on the outside of the pork chops to keep it from curling but this pushes it down to put more heat on whatever I am cooking.

These were gifts, but both recipients loved them and this is just what they wanted. Have not used them yet, but I am sure once we season them and use them they will be just what they needed and wanted. Will make nice bacon on the grill and also great hamburgers.
