I ordered these base plates to setup my daughter's Burton bindings on a non-Burton snowboard. They fit perfectly on her ReFlex bindings and allowed us to set her stance correctly on her new board.

They sent 4x4 ICS discs. These are not the discs in the picture and are not compatible with Burton Re-Flex bindings.

Worked but they seem to be specific for a certain binding. There angle measurement written on the disc were kind of off
