I compared this to the big box stores, and this is such a better deal! I use a lot of burlap in my garden and this is perfect! Like all burlap, a raw/cut edge will fray but that is to be expected. Other than use in the garden, it made some really nice rustic looking Christmas wrap. I used it with red ribbon and a few pine cones and it looked really nice!

I’m using this to cover my big potted plants that can’t come in doors. It’s thick enough to protect the pots, and durable enough to last several winters.

I use this to start my tomatoes, and then as they get bigger I move the burlap from the base of the cage to the top of the cage to keep the annoying squirrels away from every aspect of this plants life. This year, while deciding to grow green beans, of family of bunnies moved in. Perfect for keeping them at bay as well. Very well made, exactly what I was looking for.

Wow overwhelming stink. Also not a roll and very loose weave. Going to try soaking to get your of the smell, it's really bad.

We purchased this at the suggestion of our arborist. Our newly planted live oaks were having woodpecker damage. We wrapped our trees and eliminated that problem. The burlap was easy to use, just the right width and was effective for our purposes.
