Easy to open, easy to close. Does what it is supposed to. Stays closed without any issue. Great covers.*UPDATEI have been using these covers on both of my riffles now for over a year and i have had 0 issues. They fit on very snug and do not move. The lenses have had 0 issues with fogginess and are always crystal clear. I have taken them off multiple times just to double and triple check but not dirt or moisture gets in whatsoever. The only thing about these is once you get to your spot or in your tree stand i would flip them open seeing how even though they really are not loud if you hold them while opening, its still enough noise to get a deer's attention. All in all i would highly recommend these covers and am very surprised that riffle scopes don't start coming with these included! Fantastic items!

Nice quality. Rubberized ends install with a sealed fit. Spring loaded covers are quiet and open quickly. Go to [...]for size chart. Covers fit up to 025" under size, and up to.002" larger than scope end. The objective end of my scope was .025" larger (max) than the cover and went on tight but required no lube or excessive force. Very happy with this brand.

Works perfectly! Nice tight fit on my 40mm Nikon Buckmaster 3-9X40-BDC Objective lens. However, the recommended size 14 is too small. Will go with a size 11 and see how that matches up. Also, be aware they do not allow returns on these items. Be sure to voice your opinions on that matter as I have done.Make sure to check you scope measurements prior to ordering! Butler Creek seriously needs to edit their sizing chart.
