This is a great lead for Dogs. They can't chew through it and its a good length. We bring it when we camp and tie it around a picnic table or our trailer. Very durable.

I recently purchased the BV Dog Tie Out Cable 25 Feet for my large dog, and it has proven to be an excellent choice. This heavy-duty tie-out cable offers everything I need to keep my dog safe and secure while enjoying the yard.**Strength and Durability:** This cable is designed to handle dogs up to 250 pounds, making it perfect for large breeds. The heavy-duty construction is evident in its robust feel, and it has held up exceptionally well against pulling and tugging. The rust-free coating ensures it remains in great condition despite exposure to the elements.**Length:** The 25-foot length is ideal for giving my dog plenty of room to roam while still keeping him safely contained. It provides a good balance between freedom and security, allowing my dog to explore without wandering off.**Reflective:** One of the standout features is the reflective coating on the cable. It enhances visibility in low-light conditions, which is great for keeping track of my dog during evening or early morning hours. This added safety feature is much appreciated.**Ease of Use:** The cable comes with sturdy, easy-to-use clasps that attach securely to my dog's collar and the anchor point. The clips are strong and reliable, ensuring that the cable stays firmly in place without any risk of detachment.**Portability:** While I primarily use this tie-out cable in my yard, it’s also portable enough to bring along on camping trips or other outdoor adventures. It coils up compactly for easy storage and transport.**Value:** Given its durability, strength, and useful features, this tie-out cable offers excellent value for money. It’s a dependable and well-designed product that meets the needs of large dog owners perfectly. In conclusion, the BV Dog Tie Out Cable 25 Feet is a fantastic solution for securing large dogs in the yard. Its strength, reflective safety feature, ease of use, and durability make it a standout product. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and sturdy tie-out cable for their dog.

This product does exactly what I bought it for. Has held up well with daily use. Just the right size for my pup to explore the front yard.

I have 2 bichons - a 20 month old about 15lbs, the other an 8 month old now around 7.5lbs. I've used these lines for the last 16 months or so. Mostly when we go to visit and play with their maltese friend across the street, which we do a couple times a week for about an hour at a time in the spring/fall/summer (less in the winter). With 3 dogs chasing each other around the yard, the lines take some abuse. They get tangled, inevitably. But compared to the lines the maltese has, these are much easier to deal with. They're much more flexible and much more appropriate for a small dog who doesn't really pull or chew on it. They're sturdy enough to withstand the occasional yank. My older girl doesn't hit the end of the tether often, but every once in a while she will. She's got a bit of muscle on her so it's not a gentle pull when she's running, but I'm not concerned the tether will snap. With the little one, she's been using this since she was around 4 pounds. The clasp is very light and was not too much for a tiny puppy.I think it's a good product. That said, they understandably don't last forever. I got about a year out of mine, with relatively sporadic use and storing it inside (though perhaps they last longer when they're not being tangled with other lines on a regular basis). The photo is of the first line I purchased right before I threw it out. It had a few spots where the cable had become exposed. The line was starting to feel brittle, it was kinking/tangling and occasionally getting wrapped in the dog's hair. I was able to get a couple extra months out of it with the puppy, but I wouldn't trust it on my older girl. When I noticed the wire was starting to fray (the little threads are pointy and sharp), I tossed it.I've purchased 3 of them, two new and one 'like new' from Amazon Warehouse (definitely not 'like new' but not used enough to send it back). I fully expect to have to purchase at least one replacement at the end of the summer. But for the price and what I use it for, I like the product.

This is the 3rd one I've purchased since 2019. They are quality but after a few years the rubber coating starts to crack from extreme weather and UV sunlight. Once they crack it's only a matter of time before the cable will snap. It happened to the first one BUT I have an extremely strong pitbull so yrmv.

Durable in the cold winter temps. This is our second one, the first lasted at least 2 years.

Love the length, reflective tubing, and the easy open clasp. It remains to be seen how long it will last but it looks like it will stand thw test od time! I use it as a tether for my large dog whenever she's outside alone.

I'm so happy with this product. It was easy to setup by myself. I would suggest using a wratchet.. must faster and easier to tighten bolts. Pulley glides smoothly on guide wire. My dog is all muscle and she can't bugde this thing if she reaches the limit of her reach lol. Still gives her plenty of room to roam and explore. As you can see in my pics, it is recommended to use a harness and not a collar so the dog does not choke.

Bought several other brands, some claiming to be stronger than this but compromised by attachments made of toffee. This one has the thickest cable and by far the strongest more escape proof attachments.

We had two cheap cables with lousy clips that we bought from the dollar store. Garbage. These are the real thing. Heavier, longer, with real, well made snap hooks at either end. We have one set up at the side and one at the back deck.
